1. Overview
FinDoc is a computational document screening service operated by Sari Data Sdn. Bhd. ("Sari Data"). By accessing or using the service at findoc.my, you agree to these terms. FinDoc is a computational screening tool. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations of any kind.
2. The Service
FinDoc processes financial documents you upload and generates structured screening reports based on computational analysis. Reports contain analytical outputs including signal evaluations, threshold comparisons, and provenance mappings. Reports are computational outputs, not professional opinions.
3. Eligibility
The service is available to institutional investors and their authorised representatives. By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to upload the documents you submit and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Your Documents
You retain all rights to documents you upload. Sari Data claims no ownership or license to your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Documents are processed automatically and deleted after report generation. Documents are never used for model training.
5. Reports
Reports generated by FinDoc are your property. You may download, share, and use them as you see fit. Reports are retained encrypted for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Not Investment Advice
FinDoc is a computational screening tool. It does not provide investment advice, make buy/sell/hold recommendations, or express opinions on the suitability of any investment. All investment decisions remain your responsibility. Sari Data is not a licensed investment advisor, broker, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.
7. Accuracy
FinDoc extracts data from documents you provide and applies computational analysis. The accuracy of outputs depends on the quality and completeness of the input documents. Sari Data does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Every report includes provenance information so you can verify the source of each data point.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sari Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
