Request Institutional AccessEvery signal shows its math.
Each signal displays its extracted value, confidence level, verdict, threshold boundaries (critical and flag), and exact source — page number and table reference.
The bar chart visualises signal values against threshold boundaries. The detail table provides the complete evaluation for audit and investment committee review. No black boxes. No unexplained scores.

A screening report your investment committee can actually audit.
Not a summary. Not a chatbot answer. A structured Investment Analysis Report with signal-level verdicts, source provenance, and transparent threshold math — ready for committee presentation.
Intent-Aware Screening
The same document screened differently depending on your mandate. A cash cow screening and a distressed screening of the same PDIE produce materially different verdicts — because different risks matter to different buyers.
Full Source Provenance
Every number in the report traces to its source page and table. Every threshold shows its derivation. Every verdict shows the arithmetic. Your analysts can verify any claim without re-reading the document.
Under 7 Minutes
A comprehensive screening across 250+ signals, 42+ calculators, and 9 risk domains — produced in minutes. Your team focuses on the investment decision, not on data extraction.
Multi-Document Intelligence
Upload multiple documents for the same entity. The engine tracks where sources agree, disagree, and enrich each other — progressive accumulation rather than isolated reads.
Shariah-Ready
Integrated compliance screening aligned with SC Malaysia SAC (Feb 2025 revision) and AAOIFI standards. Conventional and Islamic screening run in parallel across all investment intents.
No Fabrication
If data is not in the document, it is not in the report. No "likely" qualifiers, no invented comparisons. Where a signal requires absent data, the report says so — not an estimate.
Computation, not advice.
FinDoc does not generate opinions, forecasts, or recommendations. It extracts financial data from your documents, runs it through structured calculators, and presents results with complete provenance — source page, source table, extracted value, threshold applied, and verdict produced.
The system is intent-aware: the same document is screened differently for a cash cow, a distressed opportunity, a growth candidate, or an IPO subscription. Each intent applies different signal weights and threshold calibrations. The methodology is visible. The decision remains yours.

Integrated Islamic finance screening.
Shariah compliance screening is integrated into the signal evaluation pipeline and runs across all investment intents. The methodology aligns with the SC Malaysia Shariah Advisory Council revised framework and AAOIFI standards.
The current framework applies a single 5% business activity benchmark and 33% financial ratio thresholds, consistent with the February 2025 SAC revision that removed the previous 20% intermediate benchmark. Both conventional and Islamic screening layers run in parallel, allowing institutions with mixed mandates to evaluate both dimensions simultaneously.
What you can screen.
FinDoc processes the document types institutional investors encounter in daily due diligence. Text-based and scanned image PDFs are supported through a multi-layer extraction pipeline.
PDIEs
Private Debt Instrument Evaluations — the primary deal document for Malaysian institutional debt markets. Financial tables, peer comparisons, DCF models, and facility terms extracted with cell-level precision.
Prospectuses
IPO and bond prospectuses with full financial statement extraction, use-of-proceeds analysis, and risk factor evaluation against intent-specific thresholds.
Annual Reports
Corporate annual reports including financial statements, segmental breakdowns, and management discussion. Multi-year extraction for trend computation.
Institutional Research
Broker and analyst reports. Target prices, valuation assumptions, and key estimates extracted — then evaluated against the entity's own disclosed financials.
